Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform cashier tasks, and keep the store well-stocked and presentable. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and support in-store events to drive sales.

Responsibilities include learning product ingredients, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and contributing to a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with cashier tasks.
• Stock fixtures, maintain store cleanliness, and support events.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and make recommendations.
• Book appointments for services and assist with in-store events.
