Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is looking for a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience in our New York store.

You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, providing product recommendations and demonstrations tailored to their needs. You will build relationships, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll loyalty members, and process transactions accurately while upholding Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Qualifications

• Retail or beauty experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
