Sephora in Danbury, CT is looking for a Beauty Advisor to greet clients with warmth and confidence, offering personalized consultations and expert product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.

You will stay ahead of trends, demonstrate product knowledge, and help maintain a welcoming and organized store environment. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and offers healthcare and wellbeing benefits.

• Previous experience providing excellent service in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

$19.80 - $22.90/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
