Sephora in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome every client with warmth and confidence. You’ll deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, helping clients find beauty solutions that boost their confidence.

You’ll stay ahead of trends, demonstrate product knowledge, support inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with a diverse team to maintain a clean, welcoming store. Part-time hours and $18.00–$20.50/hour offered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
