Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its The Grove, Los Angeles location. This flex, hourly role supports peak retail periods with 30–40 hours weekly full-time equivalent and 15–29 part-time; you will welcome clients, tailor beauty recommendations, stay current with trends, and help maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.

You will build client relationships, share product knowledge, and collaborate with a team to meet sales goals while upholding Sephora standards and inclusion
