Sephora Hong Kong Ltd. is seeking a Beauty Advisor at our Huntington Station, NY location. You will welcome clients, offer personalized beauty consultations, and recommend products to enhance confidence and self-expression.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a track record of delivering excellent service.
A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
Able to absorb and share product knowledge quickly.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

Deliver personalized beauty experiences with tailored consultations and product recommendations.
Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients.
Stay ahead of trends to provide relevant advice and keep clients returning.
Drive sales goals and KPIs while maintaining a welcoming space.
Maintain inventory, merchandising, and a clean, organized store environment.
