You’ll stay ahead of trends, share knowledge, and empower customers while maintaining an inviting in-store experience and collaborative team culture. This role offers flexible scheduling within a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences with tailored consultations and product recommendations meeting each client's needs
• Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice
• Drive results and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
• Maintain a beautiful space through inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness
