• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to boost sales.
• Stay informed on new products and share knowledge with guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
