Ulta Beauty in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support store events. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help maintain tidy, stocked aisles while collaborating with the team to drive sales.

Qualifications

Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
Greet and engage guests, tailor service to their needs, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals.
Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Keep work area replenished, signed, faced, and testers available.
