Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will grow product knowledge through Sally Beauty training and guide customers on their beauty journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet scheduling needs and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
