Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience.
- Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and team.
- Able to read and explain product labels.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise for promotions.
- Ensure customers are enrolled in Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
