Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague to provide expert beauty guidance, conduct product demonstrations, and tailor consultations to individual needs. You’ll educate customers, showcase products, and help build confidence through personalized service that supports sales goals.

As a flexible team member, you’ll work on a busy floor, nurture client relationships, leverage loyalty benefits, and participate in training to stay current on trends.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers and educating on benefits.
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and educate on beauty products; demonstrate makeup and skincare.
• Build relationships and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and clienteling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor; support merchandise moves and pricing.
• Utilize POS and digital tools to complete transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals with exceptional service.
• Support loyalty program benefits and drive product launches.
