Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to understand and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Able to read and understand employment policies in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty experiences and build relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate products, perform makeup application and skincare consults.
• Drive sales through clienteling, holidays, events, and promotions.
• Maintain an organized, shoppable space and recover fixtures as needed.
• Promote loyalty benefits and upsell merchandising launches.
