Macy’s is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague to act as a trusted beauty expert and educator. You will guide customers through product demonstrations, skincare and makeup consultations, and build lasting client relationships to drive sales.

You will balance in-store service with promotions, loyalty benefits, and ongoing vendor education to stay current on trends and products, while delivering exceptional customer experiences daily.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn about beauty products and keep up with trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert beauty advice.
• Conduct product demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-up and clienteling.
• Use POS and digital tools to complete transactions and promote offers.
