Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague to deliver expert beauty advice, makeup applications, and skincare recommendations, building confidence and driving sales. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and tailor consultations to match individual style and needs.

You will grow a loyal client base through proactive follow-up, hospitality, and product knowledge while maintaining a welcoming, on-brand shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty experiences by building relationships and educating customers on benefits and use of beauty products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and skincare consultations for customers.
• Grow and manage a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service.
• Maintain an organized, shoppable sales floor and support merchandise moves and events.
