Sephora at ND-West Acres Mall in Fargo, ND is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. You will provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations that boost clients’ confidence and showcase your passion for beauty.

You’ll stay on top of beauty trends, share product knowledge, and help exceed sales goals while maintaining a tidy, inviting space. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs
• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back
• Drive results Sephora sets you up to thrive in your role so that you can exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
• Maintain a beautiful space Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

$16.60 - $19.30/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
