Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through beauty expertise, engaging clients with a consultative approach and delivering an excellent client experience. You will maintain knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in-store.

The role emphasizes client-focused service, product demonstrations, and participation in ongoing training to stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application to drive sales.
• Attend required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and operational standards, including tester maintenance and department cleanliness.
