Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, process cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and support in-store events and services.

The role requires product knowledge, a passion for beauty, and the ability to work with leadership to meet sales goals. The Beauty Advisor will engage guests, demonstrate products, assist with appointments, and maintain clean, organized spaces while promoting loyalty programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experiences while meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain attendance and store cleanliness.
