Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with product knowledge, and drive sales across store fixtures and events. The role emphasizes service, product demonstrations, and maintaining a clean, stocked environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions, applying makeup, and booking appointments while staying informed about new products and promotions to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, inform them about promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, including online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to better serve guests.
