Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor/ Sales Associate in Franklin, TN to create a memorable shopping experience. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails, sharing product knowledge and enrollment in our Loyalty program.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, in-store merchandising, and smooth transactions, with diverse scheduling options and growth opportunities within a vibrant beauty team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
