Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and organize merchandise for sales events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program when possible.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Offer flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
