Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by engaging guests and determining their needs
• Conduct cashier tasks and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep fixtures stocked with merchandise
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience
• Stay informed about products and services to better assist guests
• Maintain regular attendance and reliable presence
