Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest to determine needs and provide exceptional service.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders as needed.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; support merchandising and resets.
• Demonstrate products and services to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Book and support services and in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate benefits to guests.
