• Greet and engage guests, inform them about promotions, and recommend products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
