Qualifications

• Strong guest service and selling skills.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, assess needs, answer questions about products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Recommend complementary Ulta Beauty products and services; inform guests about promotions.
• Process cashier tasks, handle returns/exchanges, support online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in events and resets.
