Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll engage guests, perform product demonstrations, and support sales goals through personalized service and knowledge of beauty products.

You will also handle cashier duties, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness while participating in in-store events and trainings to grow product expertise and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by engaging guests and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and events to drive sales and guest experience.
• Stay informed about products/ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
