Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience with guest service and sales is desirable.
• Proficient with technology and devices used on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni‑channel sales, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives a great service, greeting and engaging customers and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in‑store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and store standards.
