Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging guests and answering questions about products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stock fixtures, maintain store cleanliness, and support cashier tasks and online order processing.
• Assist with in-store events and appointments to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
