Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, greet guests, and tailor recommendations. You will assist with sales, signages, and in-store events, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment with a focus on service and product knowledge.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, basic tech skills, and a passion for beauty and guest service. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, store cleanliness, and checkout tasks.
• Demonstrate products through makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
