Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Assist with cashier tasks and in-store events.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean, while following procedures.
• Build guest relationships and promote loyalty programs.
• Adhere to dress code and operational standards.
