Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, understand needs, explain products and promotions, and recommend related items.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online order support.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to enhance guest experience and achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed on new products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
• Follow policies, procedures, and dress code; manage stock and merchandising; assist with inventory and shipments.
