Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
