Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Rialto, CA, is hiring a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, conduct makeup applications, analyze skincare needs, and support sales throughout the store.

You’ll greet guests, answer questions about products and services, book appointments for in-store services, stay informed on new products, and help maintain clean, well-stocked fixtures. Flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends; HS diploma and ~1 year experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• High school diploma is preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales
• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging guests
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Stay informed on new and existing products and their benefits
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
