Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to enhance the customer shopping journey at our Overland Park, KS location. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails, applying product knowledge to inform choices and ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes delivering a memorable experience, teamwork, and strong communication. Training will be provided to empower you to help customers confidently on their beauty journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities
