Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC in Burlington, NC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on customers’ journey.

If you love beauty, you will be trained to share knowledge, promote current promotions, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, set up displays, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Will be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Requires standing for long periods and physical exertion.
• Customer service mindset with passion for beauty.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
