Sally Beauty in North Carolina seeks a friendly Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to help customers on their beauty journey and deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails, and you bring your passion and personality—Sally Beauty will provide the knowledge through training.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly
Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers and explain labels
Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
