About the Role

ActionLink is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dyson Beauty Advisor. Imagine yourself in the chic environment of Sephora, dazzling customers with Dyson's state-of-the-art hair styling tools.

Schedule and Main Locations

• 12-16 hours per weekend; Saturdays and Sundays
• Sephora stores in Manhattan

What We Offer

• Pay range: $28.00-$30.00 per hour; commensurate with experience
• Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge
• Benefits: W2 employment with biweekly pay
• Optional 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off

Responsibilities

• Captivate customers by showcasing Dyson's hair styling tools
• Perform live demonstrations
• Provide expert advice on hair styling
• Train store associates on Dyson products

Qualifications

• Access to a smart device for reporting
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
