Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Dyson Beauty expert to engage shoppers at Sephora and Ulta in the Dallas area. This part-time role offers 18 hours per week with three 6.5-hour shifts, across Sephora and Ulta locations in Southlake, Irving, and Flower Mound.

You will demonstrate Dyson tools, share expert styling tips, and deliver a premium beauty experience that leaves customers feeling confident and fabulous.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Retail beauty sales or product demonstration experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for 18 hours/week, Wed–Sat.

Responsibilities

• Captivate customers with a welcoming, beauty-forward store experience.
• Live demos of Dyson high-tech hair tools with confidence and flair.
• Provide expert styling tips and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Help associates become Dyson-savvy through training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain sleek, stylish displays and merchandising.
• Share feedback with the team to refine the in-store experience.
