Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Dyson Beauty Advisor to bring Dyson hair tools to Nordstrom, Sephora and Ulta stores in Costa Mesa and surrounding SoCal locations. You’ll engage shoppers with personalized demonstrations and expert styling tips, helping customers discover Dyson’s game-changing technology.

The role is 18 hours per week with Saturday shifts; pay is $35.00–$39.00 per hour, with paid online training and benefits including weekly pay, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Experience in retail beauty sales or hair styling preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate Dyson products and train others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live demos in Nordstrom, Ulta and Sephora stores.
• Provide personalized styling tips and product knowledge.
• Train store associates to become Dyson-savvy.

When and Where the Magic Happens!

18 hours per week with required 6 1/2 hour shift on Saturdays and open availability Wednesday–Friday and Sunday for the other shifts; based on business needs.
• Nordstrom, Ulta and Sephora locations in Costa Mesa, Orange, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Anaheim, and Mission Viejo
