Position Details

• Schedule: 16 hours per weekend (Saturdays 10am-6pm, Sundays 11am-6:30pm)
• Locations: Nordstrom in Bethesda, Sephora in Washington, DC

Compensation & Benefits

• $28-$32/hr, higher for licensed cosmetologists
• Paid online training on Dyson products
• Upscale, interactive environment
• W2 employment, biweekly pay, optional 401(k), paid time off

Responsibilities

• Perform live demos to showcase Dyson products
• Provide expert advice on hair styling
• Train store staff on Dyson products
• Ensure proper merchandising of Dyson products
• Share feedback and photos post-shift

Candidate Profile

• Outgoing personality, enjoy engaging with customers
• Experience in retail sales, product demos, or beauty advising preferred
• Familiarity with Sephora or Ulta is a plus
• Ability to educate and inspire
• Reliable transportation and tech-savviness
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
