Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor in Akron, Ohio. In this role, you will create memorable shopping experiences, assist customers with various beauty products, and maintain a professional store environment.

You will build relationships, inform customers about promotions, and ensure enrollment in our Loyalty program. A generous product discount and opportunities for growth are also offered alongside essential training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
