Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a COSMOPROF Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will advise customers on their beauty journey, participate in promotions, and support loyalty enrollment while delivering accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.
