Job summary

Happy Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers and to serve as a beauty advisor across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Training will be provided to ensure product knowledge and excellent service.

You will build relationships, recommend products, and promote promotions while maintaining a welcoming store environment and participating in loyalty programs. Flexible hours and a strong team culture complete the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
