Job summary

Happy Beauty in Texas is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience. You’ll assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on their beauty journey while receiving comprehensive training.

You’ll build relationships, highlight promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and handle transactions. A flexible schedule supports a busy retail environment with opportunities for growth and product education.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
