Sally Beauty Advisors help customers on their beauty journey by offering expert advice on hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You will build relationships, educate shoppers about promotions, and assist with displays while delivering a memorable shopping experience in a fast-paced beauty retailer.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to explain product benefits and promotions to customers.
Comfort with interacting in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight promotions.
Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
