Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC invites you to join the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier and help customers express themselves through hair and cosmetics. You’ll focus on creating a memorable shopping experience, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs.

You’ll build relationships, recommend products, set up displays, complete transactions, and maintain a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or beauty advisor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
