Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service to their needs, answer questions, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new and existing products/services and their ingredients/benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
