Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s beauty journey.

You will receive training from Sally Beauty to become knowledgeable about products and promotions, with flexible schedules to fit diverse needs and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Position requires standing for long periods and light physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and display merchandise to highlight sales/promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
