Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to translate product knowledge training to customer assistance.
• Can read and explain product labels and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• There are various working schedules to suit different needs.
