Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey with knowledge and friendly service.

The role includes training, promoting current offers, enrolling customers in the Loyalty program, and helping with displays. A flexible schedule supports diverse needs and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Ability to advise on beauty products across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails.
• Comfort with inventory, promotions, and loyalty program enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
